I’m Laura, a Certified CrossFit Trainer, Certified Nutrition Consultant, and mama to Evie Wilder. I’m also the woman behind Radical Roots where you can find recipes, insights, educational programs, and nutrition consulting.
And I’m bringing you this podcast with my friend, Jess, a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer and a licensed and certified Athletic Trainer. She has her masters in kinesiology, and is currently studying to be a Certified Nutrition Consultant and BIRTHFIT coach! She’s the blogger behind Hold the Space Wellness and a mama to 2 small kiddos.
