Hi friends! I am Laura, a Certified CrossFit Trainer, Certified Nutrition Consultant, and mama to Evie Wilder. I’m also the woman behind Radical Roots, where you‘ll find van life adventures, real talk motherhood experiences, recipes, intuitive fitness and nutrition programs, and lots of mindset musings.
I have the great honor of bringing you this podcast with my cohost and incredible friend. Jess. She’s a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer and a licensed and certified Athletic Trainer with a masters in kinesiology. She’s the blogger behind Hold the Space Wellness, where you’ll find fabulous recipes, motherhood musings, everything holistic wellness, and a space for women supporting women. She’s also mama to 2 wonderful kiddos, Bear and Cami.
We’re here to provide a safe space for open dialogue, insights, and anecdotes about empowered pregnancy, labor, delivery, parenthood, and everything in between with zero judgement and open hearts and minds.
