As a Certified Nutrition Consultant, Certified CrossFit Trainer, and mindful mama, I am passionate about helping women in any stage of the motherhood transition improve their health and quality of life through intuitive real food nutrition, fitness, mindset work, and holistic wellness, all from a place of self care. My passion is working with any woman who in any way identifies as a mama or wants to prepare for the phase.
