This recipe is so delicious, so easy, and so perfect for adding extra protein to your morning pancakes (or by the spoonful).
Anyone else love Greek yogurt? I’ve been craving it lately, likely because I am working hard in the gym and in life and my body needs the extra protein. I love our Sunday morning sourdough pancake tradition but since finding out eggs don’t serve me well, I’ve been looking for new ways to load up my mornings with protein.
Enter this delicious, nutrition, flavor-packed yogurt drizzle!
Here are a few of the ways we’ve enjoyed this one so far (however the list will grow):
Straight out of the jar.
Straight out of the jar with a scoop of apple butter.
Atop sourdough pancakes and waffles (recipe in my Sourdough Sisterhood book).
As an oatmeal topping.
ENJOY!
