Favorite kids’ podcasts!

We’ve been traveling A LOT this summer, and that, on top of constant local adventures too, has created a need for something to give Evie space to rest her body, entertain during long trips, and find space to let her mind grow while getting some downtime.

Enter podcasts for kiddos (that are enjoyable for grownups too)!

I’ve shared a bit of Evie enjoying children’s podcasts on Instagram, and I’ve had requests for our favorites, so here they are all in one place.

ENJOY!

Oh, and if I missed one your kiddo is loving, please let me know in comments.

Happy listening, kiddos.

Oh, and we love these EMF free Defender Shield headphones!

Stories: Fun stories for creative minds!

  • Super Great Kids’ Stories (Evie’s current favorite): Super great Kids’ Stories is a collection of fun tales to make you laugh and cry, told by some of the best storytellers from around the world.
  • Stories Podcast: A bedtime stories podcast for kids.
  • Journey with Story: Folktales and stories with a Celtic twist.
  • Storynory: brings you audio stories for the family, beautifully read, and with a touch of sophistication.

Learning: Podcasts that answer questions and get kids learning about the world around them.

  • But Why?: But Why is a show led by kids. They ask the questions and we find the answers. It’s a big interesting world out there.
  • Brains On! Science podcast for kids: Each week, a different kid co-host joins Molly Bloom to find answers to fascinating questions about the world. Our mission is to encourage kids’ natural curiosity and wonder using science and history…but there’s no age limit on curiosity and episodes of Brains On can be enjoyed by anyone.
  • Wow in the world: Join hosts Guy Raz and Mindy Thomas on a journey away from your screens, inside your brain, out into space, and deep into the coolest new stories in science, technology, and innovation.
  • Ear Snacks: a podcast centered around kids’ voices and ideas (reader addition!)

Well, that’s all for now. Happy travels (and downtime for mama)!

♡ Laura (& Evie too)
