supergreen protein bites

Looking to boost your protein intake? How about your superfood greens, too? Short on time, but not willing to sacrifice flavor?

I’ve got you covered. These chocolatey no-bake Supergreen energy bites are so simple to make and are the perfect grab-and-go, superfood-packed, protein-boosted snack the whole family will love!

Paleovalley’s Supergreens

Unlike virtually every other greens or superfood powder on the market, Paleovalley’s Supergreens contain absolutely no cereal grasses. Unfortunately, because humans cannot properly digest grass, buying a cereal grass-heavy powder is like flushing money down the drain.

Paleovalley Organic Supergreens won’t just keep your gut happy because of what they don’t put in (cereal grasses), but also what they do. These greens include only the highest quality, antioxidant-rich superfoods and a wide array of digestive enzymes to help you break down and absorb all of these amazing superfoods optimally. And they taste great too!

Don’t miss Paleovalley’s anniversary sale! Save up to 35% sitewide Aug. 12-19.

I love taking my greens every morning, but also love getting them in my girls with these delicious, energy-packed bites to fuel our everyday adventures, and I sure hope you enjoy this one too!

Note: I get my dry goods, nut butters, and chocolate chips from Thrive Market at a great price.

supergreen protein bites

  • Servings: 12+
  • Difficulty: easy
  • Print

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup pitted Medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup nut butter of your choice
  • 1 scoop Paleovalley chocolate or vanilla whey protein powder*
  • 1 scoop Supergreens
  • Optional add-ins: chia seeds, flax seeds, chocolate chips, crushed nuts, cocoa powder for dusting

*I prefer vanilla with the strawberry greens and chocolate with the unflavored)

WHAT YOU DO:

In a food processor, combine the oats and pitted dates. Pulse until a sticky dough forms.

Add the nut butter, protein powder, and Supergreens, and then, blend until everything is well combined. If the mixture is too dry, add a small amount of water or milk until it comes together.

Roll the mixture into balls and place into a parchment paper-lined tupperware.

If you made chocolate ones, try rolling in a little cocoa powder at the end for extra flavor!

Cover with the lid and put in the fridge for at least an hour to let the balls set, and ENJOY!

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer (for the little while they last).

Let me know what you think. Happy nourishing!
