spicy yogurt sauce

We’ve been loving a little more spice in our weekly dinner lineup, from tacos and taco bowls to big ol’ balanced bowls (see my highlight over on IG for more on those).

And our favorite way to enjoy that hit of spice is with this spicy sriracha yogurt sauce, born from a pre-travel week where I got to get creative using up what we had in the fridge.

This is great in tacos, on taco bowls, in sheet pan quesadillas (that recipe is coming soon), as a dip, over roasted veggies, on fajitas, and even in sandwiches! I am going to try it on enchiladas soon.

This is the best drizzled over the filling in sourdough tortilla tacos! Find the tortilla recipe in my Sourdough Sisterhood recipe book!

ENJOY!

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt (I recommend full-fat)
  • 1-2 tablespoons Yellow Bird sriracha (or your favorite hot sauce)
  • a pinch of garlic powder
  • a pinch+ of sea salt
  • a squeeze of lemon or lime

WHAT YOU DO:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a jar and mix with a fork till it’s creamy and delicious.
  2. Drizzle on your favorite salad, in tacos, over roasted brussels sprouts, quesadillas, you name it)! ENJOY!!

Enjoy friends! Cheers to delicious drizzling. If you do enjoy this recipe, I’d love to hear about it! Comment below or tag me on social media. Sending love and nourishment, now and always!

Hugs, Laura
