strawberry tahini dressing

Here today with a recipe that’s too good not to share.

I threw it together last week, and it’s been on repeat pretty much every day since. And the secret? A dressing that’s to die for.

Strawberry tahini dressing is the secret to making any summer salad hit the spot.

Bright flavors from fresh strawberries, a perfect balance from creamy tahini, and the simplicity that’s the key to quick summer meals (so you have more time to play in the sun).

I’m really loving it over a salad of local greens, shredded chicken, avocado, sliced strawberries, almonds, and feta. How will you use this one?

Enjoy, friends!

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • ¼ cup tahini (I get mine from Thrive Market)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • a pinch of sea salt (more to taste if desired)

WHAT YOU DO:

Add all the ingredients to a wide-mouth mason jar and blend with an imersion blender until nice and creamy.

Or toss it all in a food processor and do the same.

Drizzle over your favorite summer produce-filled salad, and ENJOY! Store in an airtight container up to a week if it lasts!

If you make this, I’d love to hear your thoughts!
