gluten free flour blend

Homemade gluten free flour! I created this out of dissatisfaction for the store-bought 1-to-1 flours, not necessarily because they don’t work well; they do. But because I prefer to use organic rice whenever possible for my health and for the planet. I couldn’t find an organic option, so I took matters into my own hands. And even with organic ingredients, this is more affordable than the pre-made kind when I find the ingredients in bulk at our local market.

It’s great in our favorite cookies, sourdough tortillas, and more!

ENJOY!
