This event is for the women of the world who are tired of being made to feel uncomfortable in their own skin. For those trying desperately to balance family, work, and self only to collapse at the end of the day, exhausted. For those who have big dreams, but who continue to devalue themselves, never pursuing those dreams. For those who’ve struggled with feeling like they don’t fit society’s narrow mold.For all of these reasons, the amazing Steph Gaudreau of Stupid Easy Paleo decided to make her first Women’s Strength Summit. She brought together the women who have guided, coached, motivated, and influenced her, and in 2017, it has an even larger and more powerful reach than ever before! Featuring women who support others in need of quality information, a helping hand, and a shoulder to lean on. What Steph has shown through her work is that when we come together as a community, as sisters, we’re so much stronger than we are alone. And I am beyond honored to be a part of this years event!

This is what the majority of my talk will be about. Get the real deal on what it means to truly nourish your body…without crash diets, being chained to the scale, or counting every morsel of food that passes across your lips. (Women with stuff to do in this world don’t have time for that.) Learn from our roster of female nutritionists and doctors about intuitive eating, losing body fat, fueling your workouts, and more.

PILLAR 2 | Move

Forcing yourself to do exercise you hate is so last year. Instead, get the low down on how to incorporate movement into your day in ways you’ll actually crave. Our expert personal trainers and coaches tell you how to get started on your journey to moving & strengthening your body with everything from yoga to lifting weights. Everyone’s welcome.

PILLAR 3 | Think

If your mindset and self-talk are your biggest frustrations, trust…we’ve got that covered. You’ll learn how to quiet your monkey brain, navigate emotional highs and lows, kick self-sabotage to the curb, replace bad habits, and more. Our world-class female mindset coaches share their most valuable strategies for taking your mental game to the next level.

Outside your comfort zone, the magic of life happens. Laura Bruner is a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant who believes that nourishment is more than just macronutrients. In this interview, Laura gets down to the nitty gritty about the common nutrition mistakes women unknowingly make when they’re active and working out on a regular basis.She looks at the pros and cons of counting macros and gives tips for marrying food quantification with intuitive eating.
