our supplement routine

I’ve gotten a lot of questions about my daily supplement use, and here it is! I figured I’d also breakdown when I take everything because just seeing a list of supplements can be a little overwhelming. I get it; I’ve been there. I share this with the caveat that these are supplements and should be treated as such. No supplement can take the place of eating real, nourishing food, getting adequate sleep (this is coming from a mama to a newborn, so I get that sleep isn’t always easy. Take the sleep you can get!), spending time outside, and taking care of your mental and emotional health. Now, on to the supplements I take on a daily basis to support my health and wellness. These are all considered safe for pregnancy and nursing and have served me well through the past year.

That doesn’t mean I haven’t fought things off. In fact, I wouldn’t want to never get sick; that’s how we strengthen our immune systems. But they’ve kept my immune system strong, my body thriving, both for myself and the life I grew this year, and my mind and heart well.

All that said, please note that this post is not meant to be medical advice. Be sure to talk to your provider about supplement use!

Below is a breakdown of the supplements I take throughout the day, broken into time of day and whether they’re taken with or without food. Happy supplementing, friends!
